  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Place the potatoes on the grill, and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and browned on the outside.
  • Remove the potatoes from the grill and serve hot.
