Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the chicken tenderloins in a large bowl, and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken. Toss to coat evenly.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken tenderloins to the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
