Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen or thawed chicken breasts to the crock pot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  • Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. If cooking from frozen, it may take longer to cook.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F (74°C).
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the crock pot and serve.
