Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for a few minutes until it reduces by half.
  • Add the tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked rigatoni pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
