- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
