Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound frozen crab legs
  • 1 cup purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the crab legs by placing them in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight, or by running them under cold water until they are thawed.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In a third shallow bowl, place the bread crumbs.
  • Heat a large saucepan or deep fryer filled with vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Coat each crab leg in the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in bread crumbs. Repeat with all of the crab legs.
  • Carefully place the coated crab legs into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove the crab legs from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Serve the fried crab legs hot with your choice of dipping sauce. Enjoy!
