- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the Dijon mustard, pickle juice, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Add the mayonnaise to the saucepan and stir well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
