Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on the cedar plank.
  • Place the cedar plank on the grill and close the lid.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove the cedar plank from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
