  • 6 ears of fresh corn on the cob

Instructions
 

  • Start by shucking the corn and removing any silks.
  • Boil a large pot of water, add a pinch of salt, and then the corn. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until the corn is tender but still crisp.

  • Drain the corn and immediately place them in a large cooler filled with ice water. Let the corn cool for 10-15 minutes.
