Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the tile fish fillets with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the fillets with olive oil, squeezing the juice of half a lemon over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and paprika. Mix well to create a paste.
Spread the garlic and paprika paste evenly over the top of each fillet.
Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin slices and place a couple of slices on each fillet.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or dill.
Serve the tile fish fillets with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a fresh salad.
