Ingredients
  

  • 4 tile fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs such as parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat dry the tile fish fillets with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the fillets with olive oil, squeezing the juice of half a lemon over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and paprika. Mix well to create a paste.
  • Spread the garlic and paprika paste evenly over the top of each fillet.
  • Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin slices and place a couple of slices on each fillet.
  • Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or dill.
  • Serve the tile fish fillets with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a fresh salad.
