For Blending: High-powered blender, Nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve for straining, Shot glass or airtight container for serving/storage.
For Juicing: Juicer or blender (well-cleaned), Shot glass or airtight container for serving/storage.
- Fresh Ginger Root 1-2 inch piece
- Fresh Turmeric Root 1-2 inch piece or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice optional for flavor
- A pinch of Black Pepper enhances turmeric absorption
- A small pinch of Cayenne optional for extra kick
- Water adjust amount based on preference
Wash and prepare ginger and turmeric (peeling optional).
