Ingredients
  

For the Cake:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste

For the Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until well combined.
  • Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
  • Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Vanilla Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bundt cake and let it set before serving.
