For the Cake:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
For the Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until well combined.
Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
