Ingredients

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

Prep the Lobster Meat:

  • Cook lobster (boil or steam) until opaque white.
  • Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Create the Cheese Sauce:
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Whisk in flour to create a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
  • Add cheddar, Parmesan, and Gruyere, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Assemble the Dish:

  • In a baking dish, layer macaroni, lobster, and cheese sauce.
  • Top with additional shredded cheese.

Prepare Breadcrumb Topping:

  • Mix Panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
  • Spread over the mac and cheese.
