Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef into 1-2 inch cubes and place them in a large bowl. Cut the vegetables into similar size as the beef.

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the shish kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove the shish kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley, cilantro, or mint.
