Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar.
  • Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in fresh parsley until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon or salt if needed.
  • Use immediately as a drizzle or marinade, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
