- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Stir in fresh parsley until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon or salt if needed.
Use immediately as a drizzle or marinade, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
