Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves loosely packed
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream for richer flavor
  • 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 –3 tbsp water to adjust consistency
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a blender.
  • Add cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning (extra lime for tang, cilantro for freshness, or yogurt for creaminess).
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
