- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves loosely packed
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream for richer flavor
- 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 –3 tbsp water to adjust consistency
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a blender.
Add cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning (extra lime for tang, cilantro for freshness, or yogurt for creaminess).
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
