Ingredients
  

  • 2 bagels halved and toasted
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 g smoked salmon slices
  • ½ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Capers optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bagels until golden brown.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly on each half.
  • Layer smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
  • Add tomato and red onion slices on top.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a few capers if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
