Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Spaghetti: Boil water, cook spaghetti noodles per package instructions, and drain.
  • Prepare Meat Sauce: Brown ground beef in a skillet, then add minced garlic and spaghetti sauce. Let it simmer.
  • Mix Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
  • Layer the Casserole: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add a bit of meat sauce, then layer the cream cheese spaghetti. Pour the rest of the meat sauce on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve: Let it cool briefly and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
