Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, and oregano.
  • Add diced tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, and corn.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30–45 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot with toppings like sour cream, cheese, or avocado.
