Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade blend: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 flour tortillas 8-inch size
  • ½ cup pico de gallo fresh tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, jalapeño
  • 2 tbsp sour cream optional

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Place a portion of beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with shredded cheese and pico de gallo.
  • Microwave or bake briefly until cheese melts.
  • Fold and serve warm with sour cream if desired.
