Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag sturdy tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded American or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional garnish
  • Big Mac Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into small chunks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Layer half the cooked beef, cheese, onions, and pickles over the chips. Repeat with a second layer.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce and sesame seeds. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
