- 1 bag sturdy tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded American or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced pickles
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional garnish
- Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into small chunks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
Layer half the cooked beef, cheese, onions, and pickles over the chips. Repeat with a second layer.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce and sesame seeds. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
