Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Bisquick or other baking mix
  • 1 pound ground sausage pork, sage, or hot sausage
  • 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like rosemary or parsley for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, ground sausage, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Use a spoon or scoop to form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each ball.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
