Ingredients
  

  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 150 g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a large pot and cook penne according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft and slightly blistered.
  • Stir in chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Lower heat and mix in Boursin cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss well to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan before serving warm.
