Ingredients
  

  • Puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • Brie cheese
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Chopped pecans or shelled pistachios
  • Fresh rosemary or parsley
  • Flaky sea salt or sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Oven and Tin: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat the mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Roll and Cut Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry or crescent dough. Cut into squares slightly larger than the muffin cups.
  • Assemble Bites: Place a square of dough in each tin. Add a small piece of Brie cheese. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
  • Bake to Perfection: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and add a sprig of fresh rosemary.
