- 1 ½ cups brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp granulated sugar + ½ tsp cinnamon for rolling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
