Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and toss the chicken in buffalo sauce until coated.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  • Slice the buffalo chicken and place it on top of the salad.
  • Garnish with extra cheese or parsley if desired.
  • Serve immediately while the chicken is warm.
