- 12 oz pasta penne or rotini
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup jarred queso dip or homemade queso
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
