Ingredients
  

  • 200 g boneless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 200 g chow mein noodles or egg noodles
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 spring onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add remaining oil to the wok. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the wok and toss with vegetables.
  • Add cooked noodles and pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
