- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Frozen or homemade parathas
- 1/2 cup cilantro for chutney
- 1/2 cup yogurt for chutney
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Pinch of kasoori methi optional
