Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Frozen or homemade parathas
  • 1/2 cup cilantro for chutney
  • 1/2 cup yogurt for chutney
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Pinch of kasoori methi optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken: Mix chicken with yogurt, spices, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook the chicken: Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Prepare chutney: Blend cilantro with yogurt and water until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cook parathas: Heat parathas until golden and flaky, following the package instructions or making your own from scratch.
  • Assemble rolls: Spread chutney on a warm paratha, add cooked chicken, and top with sliced veggies.
  • Roll and serve: Tightly roll up the paratha and serve warm.
