Ingredients
  

  • Boneless chicken thighs
  • Plain yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cayenne or red chili powder
  • Olive oil
  • Mini burger buns Hawaiian rolls
  • Lettuce and tomato slices
  • Spicy garlic mayo mayo, garlic powder, chili powder
  • Optional: mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Assemble the Sliders: Place cooked chicken on buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo.
  • Bake the Sliders: Optionally add cheese and bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm.
