Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  • Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; whisk until combined.
  • Mix in baking soda and salt. Gradually fold in flour until just combined.
  • Gently fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
