- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 bag 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter for chocolate topping
Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Mix in 1/2 cup peanut butter until combined.
Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
Press mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter together until smooth.
