- ½ cup fresh parsley optional, for balance
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar or lime juice for tangier flavor

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Add cilantro, parsley, and garlic to a food processor.
