Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup fresh spinach optional
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until sauce thickens.
  • Stir in gnocchi and simmer for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  • Add spinach (if using) and cooked chicken, mixing well.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
