- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can 15 oz sweet corn, drained
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese red pepper flakes, or paprika
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned (5-7 minutes).
Stir in ranch seasoning, sweet corn, beef broth, and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
Mix in cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, topped with optional shredded cheddar cheese, red pepper flakes, or paprika.
