Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can 15 oz sweet corn, drained
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese red pepper flakes, or paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned (5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in ranch seasoning, sweet corn, beef broth, and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  • Mix in cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, topped with optional shredded cheddar cheese, red pepper flakes, or paprika.
