Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers whole or sliced
  • Optional: Pepperoncini juice for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker, arranging them in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  • Cut the butter into pieces and place it on top of the chicken. Add the pepperoncini peppers evenly on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  • Once cooked, use tongs or a spatula to serve the chicken. You can shred it for sandwiches or serve it as-is with rice or vegetables.
