- 2 cups fresh spinach washed
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 green apple cored & chopped
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for extra fiber
- 4 –5 ice cubes
Wash and prepare spinach, apple, and banana.
Add spinach, banana, apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add honey, chia seeds, and ice cubes. Blend again until well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
