Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach washed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 green apple cored & chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for extra fiber
  • 4 –5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare spinach, apple, and banana.
  • Add spinach, banana, apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add honey, chia seeds, and ice cubes. Blend again until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
