- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced (optional)
- 4 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
- 2 large sandwich rolls or baguettes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lettuce and tomato slices optional
