Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Whisk in Dijon mustard until fully combined.
  • Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Simmer for 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
