Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil or more to taste
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp ginger finely grated
  • 1 tsp sugar optional, for balance
  • 1 green onion finely sliced
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame seeds optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil.
  • Stir in minced garlic, grated ginger, and sugar until dissolved.
  • Add sliced green onion and mix well.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
