- Unsalted butter
- Garlic fresh cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Sea salt & pepper

Boil Potatoes: Boil the baby potatoes in water for 20-25 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil.
Smash Potatoes: Place potatoes on the tray and gently smash each with a fork or potato masher.
Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
