Ingredients
  

  • Focaccia Dough:
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast or instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • Garlic Butter Topping:
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • Sea salt rosemary, and red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together bread flour, kosher salt, and yeast. Add lukewarm water and honey, stirring to form dough. Knead until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, stretching it to fit a baking tray.
  • In a small pan, melt butter and stir in minced garlic and parsley. Spread the garlic butter over the dough, then sprinkle with sea salt, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let the focaccia cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
