- For the Fries:
- 4-5 russet potatoes
- Vegetable oil or canola oil for frying
- For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- ½ cup salted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt to taste

Peel and cut potatoes into fries, and pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture.
