Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).
  • Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add chopped parsley and mix well.
  • Simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.
