Ingredients
  

  • Steaks Bone-in ribeye or strip steak
  • Garlic Confit 15-20 garlic cloves simmered in olive oil
  • 250 g unsalted butter softened
  • Fresh parsley rosemary, and thyme (finely chopped)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Garlic Confit: Simmer garlic cloves in olive oil over low heat for 30-40 minutes until soft. Let cool.
  • Make Herb Butter: Blend softened butter with garlic confit, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Cook Steak: Preheat a cast iron pan over high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear each side for 3-4 minutes, checking internal temperature.
  • Rest and Serve: Let steak rest for a few minutes, then top with garlic herb butter before serving.
