Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 cloves roasted garlic mashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 12 minutes. Cool in ice water, then peel and halve.
  • Prepare Filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic until smooth.
  • Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika, chopped chives, bacon bits, or herbs.
  • Serve: Chill and serve immediately.
