- 2 slices of sourdough bread or your choice
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice cheddar cheese or your choice
- 2 tbsp Green Goddess dressing
- 1 tsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: arugula or spinach for extra freshness
Cook bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add butter or oil and fry the egg sunny-side up or over easy. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread Green Goddess dressing on one side of each toast slice.
