Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups Honeycomb cereal
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup bugles
  • ½ cup mixed nuts almonds, macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce or shoyu
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • Furikake seasoning to taste
  • Optional: Cheetos Goldfish crackers, dried fruits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Honeycomb cereal, pretzels, bugles, and mixed nuts.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with soy sauce, honey, light corn syrup, and white sugar. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the cereal mix and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mix on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with furikake seasoning.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
