Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g Hello Fresh ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Stir in onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until veggies soften, about 5 minutes.
  • Season with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and cover until melted.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
