- 1 lb 450g Hello Fresh ground beef
- 2 medium potatoes diced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until veggies soften, about 5 minutes.
Season with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and cover until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
