Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Cayenne pepper or garlic powder for added kick

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Grease lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey. Reserve half as a dipping sauce.
  • Crush the pretzels using a plastic bag and rolling pin or a food processor.
  • Coat chicken pieces in flour, then the mustard mixture, and finally the pretzel crumbs. Make sure each piece is well coated.
  • Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes until crispy and cooked through. For frying, heat oil in a pan and cook until golden
