Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot pepper sauce such as buffalo sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves minced
  • Optional: corn flour or cornstarch 1 tsp for thickening

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Gather and mince garlic. Ensure all spices are ready for use.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, mix the hot pepper sauce and olive oil. Stir in the brown sugar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Cook the Sauce: Over medium heat, stir continuously. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Adjust Spice Levels: Taste and adjust heat or sweetness to your preference by adding more cayenne pepper or brown sugar.
  • Final Touch: Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
